What do I need to make this air fryer Asian glazed salmon?

The best part about this easy weeknight recipe, is you really only need a few ingredients! Here's what you'll need:

    • Salmon (I LOVE the fresh BBQ cut salmon from Trader Joe's - it's our absolute favorite)
    • Sweet chili sauce (we get ours from Trader Joe's)
    • Sriracha (I promise it's not too spicy!)
    • Soy sauce
    • Minced garlic (I use the jarred version)
    • Ginger (I use the ginger paste from a tube!)
    • Salt
    • Green onions (optional, for garnish!)

    That's it!

Do I need an air fryer to make this?

You could definitely make this easy air fryer Asian glazed salmon in the oven, but I LOVE using the air fryer because the sauce on the salmon gets such a nice crisp. If you don't have an air fryer by now, I highly recommend one - it's definitely my most-used kitchen gadget, and my favorite way to make this weeknight dinner!

Where did you get the inspiration for this recipe?

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I have been making this recipe for so long now! I got the inspiration from this Skinnytaste recipe, which I've changed up over the years of making it. I've taken this recipe and added garlic and soy sauce, and I really like the additional flavor it gives to the salmon.

What should I serve this Asian glazed salmon with?

This salmon is delicious on its own, but my favorite way to serve it is with white rice and broccoli. Like I mentioned, this is a staple in our house and we make this easy weeknight dinner at least once a week!
