This easy Better-Than-Chili's Homemade Salsa takes minutes to throw together, makes a big batch and is SO much better than any jarred salsa you'll buy.
- 2 cans (14.5oz each) canned whole tomatoes, drained
- 3-5 jalapenos, depending on your spice preference
- 1/4 yellow onion, cut into quarters
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend to the consistency of your liking. We like ours a bit chunky with some texture, and not perfectly smooth!
