This week's Bailey's Bites includes a recap of our Bahamas trip, the snack I've been loving lately, and the most recent book I read.
The snack I’m LOVING right now.
I’ve been living off the Catalina Crunch snack mix lately. This Crunch Mix is low-carb, and isn’t made with artificial ingredients. I don’t know about you, but I LIVE for a crunchy snack and this really helps satisfy those cravings (and has 5g protein and 5g net carbs per serving)! It comes in four flavors – Spicy Kick, Creamy Ranch, Cheddar and Traditional – and they’re all great. If you want to try them, my code BAILEY will get you 15% off plus free shipping! #partner

We had the BEST time in the Bahamas.
We stayed in Nassau, and it was wonderful! I couldn’t get over how stunningly aqua the water was. I had a lot of questions about who we rented baby things through – if you’re in the area, I recommend renting through Traveling Tots. We rented a high chair, activity center, and baby gate. If you’re in the area, I also HIGHLY recommend getting dinner at Café Matisse. The food was unreal, and we kept saying that even in DC it would have been a top-rated restaurant. I’m so looking forward to going back to that island one day.

What I read, and what I’m looking forward to reading.
If you’ve been following along on stories, you know I just finished reading The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and Oh. My. God. I couldn’t put it down, I loved it so so much. If you haven’t read it yet, I HIGHLY recommend it. Next on my list, I’m finally planning to read It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover. Then, so many of you recommended reading other books by Taylor Jenkins Reid, so I’ll probably switch back to her! I’m hoping to read more this year, so I’d LOVE if you’d comment on this post with your #1 book recommendation – particularly if it’s something that pulled you in immediately.
I'm currently watching
Season two of Ginny and Georgia! Have you watched it? Also, WHAT should I watch next? I feel like I hardly watch tv so when I do, I want it to be something that'll really pull me in.
The sauces I can’t get enough of
Ok, you all know I’ve been LIVING off of bowls for lunches lately. They’re so easy to make – throw in whatever protein, vegetable and carb you want. I’ve been loving rice, tons of roasted vegetables, and rotisserie chicken. It takes no time to throw together and it’s really filling. I think the best part, though, is that you can throw on a new sauce and it makes the bowl taste entirely new. I’ve been obsessed with the Sir Kensington sauces lately – specifically the Gochujang one and the Chile Lime Crema one. Is there another sauce you love that we all need to try?! Plz comment!

You have to read “The last thing he told me”. It sucks you in from page 1!

Hi Bailey!
Bahamas looked great! We are looking to travel to an island this May with our then 9 month old and love the idea of renting items! Still waiting for that tips to travel with baby blog 😉
Loved Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo! The best book I read recently is Where the Crawdads Sing. Hands down. I read those two back to back actually. If you haven’t yet I highly recommend! I just started This Place of Wonder by Barbara O’Neal, I can’t say how I’ll feel about it yet but I will say it grabbed my attention right away!

I recently read In Five Years and LOVED it. I read it in two days. If you like horror/true crime, I also loved What Lies in the Woods. Other TJR stuff is great too. I like Malibu rising a lot. Recommend Good Reads to track and BOTM!
